Steven Weinberger closes three national industrial lease deals

Steven Weinberger, real estate counsel in Venable’s New York City office, continues to expand his national leasing practice by consummating three noteworthy industrial lease transactions in January 2017. The three deals include: (i) representing a national real estate investment advisor, as landlord, in connection with the leasing of a 334,000 square foot industrial building located in a suburb of Los Angeles, California to a national medical technology company; (ii) representing a national renter of video equipment, as tenant, in connection with the leasing of a 220,000 square foot space within a 10 million square foot industrial park located in Secaucus, New Jersey; and (iii) representing New York Road Runners (sponsors of the New York City Marathon), as tenant, in connection with the leasing of a 55,000 square foot warehouse space located in the Bronx, New York.
