Venable partner David Karceski was quoted in a March 16, 2017, Baltimore Sun article on a proposed redevelopment of an Owings Mills mall into a revitalized town center. The space, currently home to the Security Square Mall in Woodlawn, would include new office, retail, hotel, and residential space if the redevelopment project is approved.
"We want an expeditious path for approval," said Karceski, who represents the developer. "One that will bring upgrades to community as quickly as possible."
