In true Hollywood style, Lionsgate Entertainment closed a blockbuster deal in completing a majority stake acquisition of top management/production company 3 Arts Entertainment. A large Venable team, along with investment bank Moelis & Company LLC, represented 3 Arts in the deal. The transaction is effective immediately and has the entertainment industry abuzz, as this is the first time a studio has purchased a talent management company.
