Kevin Shepherd has been recognized by the Daily Record as a 2025 Icon Honors recipient. This award honors Maryland business leaders over the age of 60 for their notable success and demonstration of strong leadership within and outside their fields. The honorees have moved their businesses and the state of Maryland forward by growing jobs and making a difference in the community. To be eligible for Icon Honors, honorees must have a long-standing commitment to the Maryland business community. Honorees must also have a sustained commitment to community service and mentoring.

He advises clients on the purchase, sale, financing, and leasing of high-value, single-asset properties in major U.S. cities, and represents the country's leading owner, operator, and developer of collaborative and dynamic life science, technology, and agtech campuses in key urban innovation cluster locations. Mr. Shepherd routinely advises prominent corporations, pension funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and institutional investors.
This year’s Icon Honors recipients will be celebrated- on December 8, 2025 at the Center Club in Baltimore, Maryland.
