Audio Conference
Suzanne Garwood will be participating in an audio conference entitled "New Consumer Mortgage Requirements & Community Bank Exceptions" for the Independent Community Bankers of America on Thursday, November 21, 2013. This audio conference will provide a high level overview of the new consumer mortgage rules that will become mandatory on January 10, 2014. The overview will discuss new regulations relating to qualified mortgages, loan officer compensation, escrow requirements and servicing requirements. Particular emphasis will be placed on small creditor exceptions and exemptions to these regulatory requirements.
