Kevin L. Shepherd published an article in the December 15, 2008 edition of The Daily Record on a recent case dealing with the tort of fradulent concealment in a real estate transaction. The court allowed a subsequent purchaser to assert a fraudulent concealment claim against the original developers, with whom no privity exists.
