- Assisted with a Planned Unit Development (PUD) application before the D.C. Zoning Commission related to one of the largest and most central developments in the Union Market district in Washington, D.C.
- Successfully represented multiple parties in the unanimous adoption of the Pentagon City Sector Plan in Arlington, VA.
