Jake has assisted with a wide range of matters, including commercial real estate transactions, entity formation, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and take-back financing. He has drafted buy-sell agreements, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, leases, deeds, deeds of trust, sponsorship agreements, confidentiality agreements, consent agreements, and settlement agreements.

Prior to pursuing his legal career, Jake worked as a medical device sales representative. He was also a professional lacrosse player and was named to the 2008 Major League Lacrosse All-Star team.
