Michaela Bevan

Associate

Michaela Bevan leverages experience in the public and private sectors to help clients navigate regulatory hurdles and industry rules governing the financial industry and advertisers. Michaela evaluates federal, state, and local laws to assist clients with compliance at every level of enforcement. She draws from her role on a regulatory publication's editorial board to help her team translate federal "alphabet soup" into actionable insights for advertising professionals and payment processors.

Prior to her legal career, Michaela managed market research projects at a top research services firm to aid product development and labeling for major household brands. She helped facilitate a multi-year academic research project on banks' and corporate services providers' compliance with global anti-money laundering and know-your-customer laws. In law school, Michaela served as a co-president for the Penn Law softball team and baking club. She embraces creativity, collaboration, and multidisciplinary thinking, both within and outside of her legal work.
