Boeshore Seth

Seth Boeshore's practice focuses on patent litigation in the U.S. International Trade Commission and in district courts. He also has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, representing patent owners in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices, writing opinions on patent infringement, validity, and enforceability, and counseling clients on intellectual property-related matters. His work has covered a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor devices and microelectronics, power electronics, laser and inkjet printing, medical devices and implants, telecommunications equipment, computer networking, digital content delivery, and financial services. Seth also maintains an active pro bono practice, including work through the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program on veterans' benefits claims and through the Legal Aid Society on insurance claims for homeowners affected by Hurricane Sandy.
