Joshua Druckerman


Joshua Druckerman assists clients with privacy and data security matters ranging from counseling, policy drafting, and compliance, to breach response and preparedness activities. Joshua advises on privacy and data security impacts of transactions and assists with technology-related advertising issues, including online behavioral advertising, data use and transfer, mobile apps, and more. He is adept at conducting privacy diligence, drafting and negotiating ecommerce terms and conditions, software and SaaS, and other technical documentation.
