DiRamio Jacqueline

Jackie DiRamio's practice includes both patent prosecution and litigation matters. Jackie's  patent prosecution experience involves a variety of scientific areas, including the mechanical, electrical, and chemical arts, as well as medical devices. She has also worked on opinions, interferences, reexaminations, inter partes reviews, and on a case before the ITC.

Her practice also includes many aspects of trademark law, including domestic and international trademark portfolio management, as well as filing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign trademarks.

Prior to joining the firm, Jackie was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where she examined patent applications involving medical devices and diagnostic methods.
