During law school, Sam interned with Lionsgate Entertainment. He also attained certificates in Media and Entertainment Law and Business Law and received numerous awards for academic excellence.
Sam brings a background in accounting to his law practice, having worked as a senior tax accountant for a prominent Los Angeles CPA firm prior to law school. In 2014, he earned his master's degree in Business Taxation from USC Leventhal School of Accounting. He also holds a B.A. in Business Economics with a minor in Accounting from University of California at Los Angeles.
