Sarah B. Donovan
Sarah has been deeply engaged in policy development and funding for more than 15 years, and has earned a reputation as a respected, well-connected advisor and veteran lobbyist. Sarah brings years of political, legislative, and regulatory experience to bear for clients. She prepares clients for congressional investigations and hearings and represents them in front of the agencies. Sarah's cross-disciplinary approach to client issues makes her particularly effective. She also serves as co-chair of Venable PAC.
Prior to joining Venable, Sarah was a policy adviser in the federal law and policy practice at an international law firm in Washington, DC. She also worked in investment banking and consulting, including as senior vice president of FIG Partners, LLC, in their investment banking, energy research, and capital group.
