Alexandra Kolsky advises clients on complex matters related to intellectual property (IP), including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Alexandra assists clients across the corporate spectrum with disputes in federal court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She has experience researching discrete legal issues, writing demand letters, and drafting discovery requests and responses.

During law school, Alexandra worked for UCLA’s Documentary Film Legal Clinic, where she advised filmmaker clients on copyright matters and First Amendment issues, in addition to drafting fair use opinion letters and appearance releases. Alexandra was also a summer associate at Venable. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California and as a legal extern at a small entertainment law office.
