Emily Keimig

Emily Keimig is a trusted counselor who draws on over three decades of experience in the areas of litigation, employment law, and privacy and data security to help clients meet their business objectives.   • Prevailed in arbitration of claims against a group of employees that defrauded an oil and gas industry client by concealing problems that created significant potential liability under various state and federal statutes addressing health and environmental protections
