Gregory Packer

Greg Packer supports clients on a range of corporate and mergers and acquisitions matters. Greg has advised strategic buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border transactions. He regularly assists clients with due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating with regulatory and subject-matter specialists across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to law school, Greg spent two years as a paralegal who supported attorneys by conducting research, analyzing information, managing schedules and deadlines, and reviewing and editing documents. In law school, Greg served on the Student Bar Association all three years and was runner-up in the 2019 Client Counseling and Negotiation Competition.
