Patrice Stavile
Patrice Stavile is a real estate attorney with in-depth experience with large, complex commercial real estate transactions and sophisticated leasing transactions. Patrice's practice includes real property acquisitions, sales, and financings; corporate formation and joint ventures; retail, office, net, and restaurant leases; license and distribution agreements; debt and corporate restructuring; and real estate workouts. She has managed the liquidation of leases of retail businesses in the United States, China, and other countries.

Patrice has negotiated air rights contracts and construction agreements, handled the acquisitions of condominium units, , and worked on various residential matters. 

Prior to joining Venable, Patrice was general counsel to M1 Real Estate and Façonnable USA. In that role, she handled real property, retail, and commercial transactions, and supervised litigations, tax audits, and outside counsel.
