She has considerable experience in the negotiation of all types of leasing transactions, including commercial office, luxury retail, charter schools, restaurants, and warehouses, in which she has represented both landlords and tenants. She has worked on the creation of several leasehold condominium transactions representing both landlords and tenants.

Additionally, Patrice represents buyers and sellers in large-scale acquisitions and dispositions (including office buildings, shopping centers, and other multi-tenant properties) of real property, as well as lenders and borrowers of mortgage financings.
