- Advising employers regarding workplace practices and policies, employment and separation agreements, confidentiality agreements, and independent contractor classifications
- Counseling employers regarding day-to-day employee realtions issues
- Defending clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment
- Defending clients in federal class and collective actions and in arbitrations against allegations of federal and state wage and hour law violations, breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment
- Representing clients in restrictive covenant matters, negligence actions, and Article 78 proceedings
- Reviewing and drafting employee handbooks
- Advising employers on federal, state, and local leave laws
- Conducting investigations in connection with allegations of employee misconduct
