- Defending clients in federal class and collective actions and in arbitrations against allegations of federal and state wage and hour law violations, breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment
- Representing clients in restrictive covenant matters, negligence actions, and Article 78 proceedings
- Advising employers regarding workplace practices and policies, employment and separation agreements, confidentiality agreements, and independent contractor classifications
- Reviewing and drafting employee handbooks
- Advising employers on federal, state, and local leave laws
- Conducting investigations for educational institutions in connection with allegations of sexual misconduct, bullying, and violations of Title VI and Title IX
