Adam Weg

Adam Weg focuses his practice on complex business, real estate, antitrust, trade secrets, cross-border international arbitration disputes, and sophisticated insurance matters. Adam has considerable experience handling matters through all stages of civil litigation, pending in both state and federal courts, as well as in both domestic and international arbitration.

Mr. Weg regularly represents landowners (commercial, residential, retail, and industrial), landlords, developers, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors in connection with a variety of real estate disputes including, but not limited to, construction defect, landlord/tenant, breach of contract, insurance, and other related matters.

He also regularly represents large multi-national businesses and corporations against allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information arising from employee mobility, contractual disputes, environmental disputes, and real estate disputes.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Weg worked extensively in the real estate industry, and part of his legal practice now involves using that real-world business experience in guiding clients through their legal issues. Mr. Weg is still a licensed real-estate salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate.
