In a deal that closed on September 17, Venable teamed with the investment banking arm of M&T Bank to represent 3Di Technologies in its sale to L-3 Communications Corporation (NYSE: LLL). 3Di provides highly specialized end-to-end secure satellite communications utilized by forward-deployed United States special operations and in-theater personnel.
