Jimmy Dvorak helps U.S. and global companies structure, manage, and consummate their mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity offerings, and other financing transactions. In addition to his transactions practice, Jimmy regularly assists clients with their day-to-day legal needs—from the formation and operation of new business ventures to the development of compliance strategies for addressing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting regulations and stock exchange listing requirements. His clients include public and private companies and mature businesses and startups across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on technology and government services companies.

    • Represented a provider of outsourced revenue cycle management and other healthcare support services in connection with its acquisition of a medical coding and registry services provider
    • Represented a provider of digital engineering services in its cross-border acquisition of a global technology solutions provider and consulting firm
    • Represented an analytics, optimization, and assurance solutions provider in its cross-border divestiture of a non-core business, and in connection with an amendment and restatement of its existing credit facilities
    • Represented a nonprofit medical association in its divestiture of certain non-core assets and in a series of early-stage equity and debt investments
    • Represented a technology services and solutions provider in a series of late-stage equity financing rounds and in the subsequent sale of its commercial products and government services businesses in two separate back-to-back transactions
    • Represented an enterprise video solutions provider in a late-stage equity financing round and in a series of commercial debt financings
    • Represented a global engagement, event planning, and marketing company in a series of acquisitions in the United States
