Jimmy Dvorak helps U.S. and global companies manage their mergers, acquisitions, and public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Jimmy also assists clients with the formation of new business ventures and offers compliance strategies for addressing Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting regulations and stock exchange listing requirements. He represents public and private companies and other business ventures, with a particular emphasis on government contractors and technology companies.

He has also represented many other public and private companies in a variety of acquisitions, dispositions, and business transactions, including issuers and venture funds in private equity and venture capital financings.

Jimmy’s experience with a wide range of business matters and industries allows him to analyze the objectives of his clients and provide effective legal advice and representation tailored to his clients’ needs.
