On December 20, 2010, CSC announced its acquisition of CenTauri Solutions, LLC, an Alexandria, Va. company that provides information technology (IT) systems and services, system engineering and intelligence analysis, as well as intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions that serve the national security and intelligence communities. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Venable team representing CenTauri Solutions included Venable partners Joe Schmelter, Jimmy Dvorak, A.J. Zottola, Norman Lencz, Terry Elling, and John Wilhelm, and Venable associates Monica Klein, Jessica Braun and Richard Johnson.
