Page Kim

Page Kim focuses her practice on complex contract litigation, including insurance policies, employment agreements, and consumer contracts. Page is a versatile litigator, with experience in both state and federal courts and in arbitration, mediation, and government agency investigations. Her clients span a variety of industries, including education, hospitality, healthcare, and construction, among others. Page has served as second chair in several actions, providing a multidisciplinary wealth of knowledge from which to creatively approach any complex dispute.

As a former judicial intern to the Honorable Beryl A. Howell, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Page also has a strong background in research and writing and brings a detail-oriented analysis to her practice, adding valuable depth to the insight she provides clients.

In addition to litigation, Page has considerable experience with conducting internal investigations related to personnel issues, including discrimination, harassment, and conflicts of interest. She also routinely advises insurance policyholders regarding insurance coverage matters and assists them in recovering benefits and proceeds from insurance carriers, ensuring that they obtain the full protection of their insurance policies and indemnification agreements.
