  • Won a quiet title action based on fraud following an eight-day trial in San Francisco Superior Court
  • Won a $100 million arbitration award in a high-stakes partnership dispute
  • Obtained a total victory in favor of commercial real estate brokers, including a ruling that requires the State of Nevada to open its commercial real estate brokerage market to interstate commerce and requires the Nevada Real Estate Commission and the Nevada Real Estate Division to significantly change their disciplinary practices. These results followed more than a dozen administrative trials and six years of battles in the Nevada State Courts, Nevada Federal District Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
  • Won court trial in favor of restaurant client accused of breach of contract and interference with economic advantage, and successfully defended the win on appeal. The plaintiff was required to pay the attorneys' fees and costs incurred by our client at trial and on appeal
  • Served as lead attorney in high-stakes trust litigation, in which the trust sought to recover real property transferred in breach of trust
  • Restored title and ownership of real property to client following family dispute
  • Successfully defended a real estate broker in arbitration alleging breach of fiduciary duty
  • Favorably resolved a contract dispute between a homeowner and a general contractor
  • Achieved full exoneration of commercial real estate broker clients accused of negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. After a four-day arbitration hearing, the arbitrator awarded the clients a reimbursement of their attorney's fees and costs
  • Favorably resolved lawsuit that accused attorneys of breaching their fiduciary duties
  • Convinced trial court to dismiss breach of contract and negligence claims against a pipeline owner, and successfully defended the dismissal on appeal
  • Attained a complete defense award in favor of a telecommunications client accused of violating telecommunications and privacy laws
  • Obtained full recovery of all amounts due to financial institutions following borrower's breach of factoring agreement
  • Won a defense judgment in favor of a real estate private equity firm sued for interference with contract
  • Won a quiet title action and a $1 million judgment in favor of a defrauded commercial real estate owner
  • Won motion to dismiss litigation against a real estate broker client accused of fraud and breach of contract in a commercial leasing transaction
