Jeannine has tried cases in the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas, Middle District of Florida, Northern District of Illinois, and Northern District of California, in addition to the International Trade Commission (ITC) and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). She shares her trial skills with practicing attorneys by regularly participating as faculty for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and volunteers her time to judge the Federal Bar Association's Moot Court Competition, the American Mock Trial Competition, and the American Bar Association (ABA) National Appellate Advocacy Competition. Jeannine has also been a guest instructor for Notre Dame Law School's trial advocacy program and mock trial and patent law programs at Stanford Law School. She previously served as Chair of the Patent Litigation and ITC Practice Committees of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property.
