Stephanie S. Molyneaux


Stephanie Molyneaux is an associate in Venable's Corporate Practice in Washington, DC. Stephanie is a 2017 graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, she served as a legal intern with the Administrative Conference of the United States in Washington, DC. In this capacity, she engaged in legal research and writing, drafted memoranda, and worked with attorneys and consultants to develop specific recommendations to promote increased efficiency in government agencies.

Before law school, Stephanie was a legal assistant to principal counsel in the office of corporate counsel at Bechtel Corporation in Reston, Virginia. While there, she managed and created budgets, plans, and tracking mechanisms on major legal matters for a worldwide engineering, construction, and project management company. She also prepared reports and presentations regarding legal matters for general, principal, and senior counsel.

From 2012 to 2013, Stephanie was a contract administrator and claims analyst in the contracts and claims department of Overseas Bechtel, Inc. in Doha, Qatar. She managed and assisted the resolution of claims for more than ten construction packages, assessed monetary and schedule impacts of claims, drafted position papers and recommendations, engaged in subcontractor correspondence, and led client presentations.
