  • Represented a private equity fund in multiple acquisitions and related debt financings, resulting in its ownership of restaurants in four different brands with over 350 locations and 70 parcels of real estate
  • Represented an independent wheat flour miller in its acquisition of a dry corn milling business from a global agribusiness and ingredients company
  • Represented an outsourced sales services company in its acquisition of a provider of outsourced contact center services
  • Represented a consumer financial services company in connection with an out-of-court restructuring of its senior and subordinated credit facilities and preferred equity
  • Represented a French private equity fund in connection with multiple equity and convertible debt investments in U.S.-based renewable fuels companies
  • Served as the principal in-house legal counsel for one of the primary business segments of a global specialty manufacturing company in a secondment while the company underwent a staffing transition
  • Represented a multistate, multi-franchise automotive dealership group in connection with obtaining, amending, and refinancing an approximately $1.5 billion syndicated secured credit facility involving floor plan, real estate, and asset-backed financing
