Mary advises clients regarding complex insurance coverage issues relating to tort liabilities, environmental liabilities, employment suits, government investigations, data breach liabilities, product liabilities, personal and advertising injury, and director and officer liabilities.
Prior to joining Venable, Mary worked at a prominent law firm, where she represented clients before the FTC and state attorneys general, advised clients on matters related to state food and drug regulations, and represented large companies pursuing insurance coverage.
Mary graduated magna cum laude from American University, Washington College of Law, where she was the executive editor of the American University Law Review. While in law school, she was an intern for the Honorable Marian Blank Horn in the United States Court of Federal Claims.
