Bill Haddad is a corporate attorney who handles the full range of securities offerings and corporate transactions. Bill focuses on securities, public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, including joint ventures, partnerships, and corporate formations. His clients include privately held and publicly traded companies, family offices, venture capital firms, investment banks, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors – especially in the United States, Asia, Europe, and Australia.

Bill has been involved in more than 100 capital markets transactions, drawing on his extensive familiarity and strength in the following areas:

Prior to practicing law, Bill worked for Moody's Investor Services and the United States Bankruptcy Court, and as a certified public accountant at Ernst and Young LLP.

  • Represented ThinkEquity, as sales agent, in the $7 million ATM offering of MAIA Biotechnology, Inc.
  • Represented ThinkEquity, as underwriter, in the $7.5 million IPO of Azitra, Inc.
  • Represented Avalon Acquisition Inc., a special-purpose acquisition company, in its recent business combination with The Beneficient Company Group, L.P., a technology-enabled platform providing liquidity, data, custody, and trust services to holders of alternative assets
