Shannon E. Sansom

Staff Attorney
Shannon Sansom provides counsel on complex matters related to the advertising and marketing industry. Shannon has conducted legal review of product launches and marketing programs in print, web, and mobile formats for clients in a variety of industries. She also has experience drafting rules for sweepstakes, contests, and other consumer-based promotions. Prior to joining Venable, Shannon was an in-house attorney for a full-service marketing and advertising agency in Connecticut. There, she drafted agreements on behalf of the agency and its clients and provided counsel on agency-related legal issues, including risk-related subjects, employment issues, and company policies.
