Brian has experience counseling clients on advertising and marketing matters involving the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), National Advertising Division (NAD), and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). This experience includes advising clients on advertising claim substantiation, pricing and sales claims, sweepstakes and promotions, and gift card and unclaimed property issues.
Following law school, Brian clerked for Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and for Associate Judge Corinne Beckwith of the D.C. Court of Appeals.
