Represents large institutional real estate investors in Virginia acquisition and financing transactions, providing advice on transaction structure, including recordation tax analysis and planning, and preparing and negotiating third-party legal opinions
Represents a private financial institution providing financing to government contractors and technology companies in all aspects of its lending program, including preparing and maintaining loan documents and counseling for loan structures, credit risk assessments, state licensing and regulatory compliance, and loss mitigation and loan document enforcement
Represents commercial banks including PNC and First National Bank of Pennsylvania, in bilateral and syndicated credit facilities to government contractors and technology companies
